Looking at the future requirements, B.B.A was introduced in R.s.s.Sc. College, Sitamarhi by a visionary, Dr. (Prof.) Ram Naresh Kumar, in 2011, with a vision to educate the individuals who can complete with the external competition and can contribute in the development of Society with their skills. A B.B.A degree is an undergraduate academic program which focuses on the principles and practices of business management and administration which is the combination of both Core business courses with general educational requirements. The Students are exposed to a range of subject which help in developing their analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills. The process incorporates Case-studies, internship and practical projects which facilitate in getting hands-on experience in business world. Business Administration requires Skilled professionals who can co-ordinate and manage various aspects, such as finance, Marketing, operations, human resources and strategic planning.
